Field Sales Representatives
In this position you will be responsible for solution selling of technology products and services to customers that design, manufacture or purchase in the OEM market as well as Electronic Manufacturing Service space. Develop relationships in existing account base and generate new customers through account development to expand the reach of WPG Americas as a distributor. Work with inside sales team, applications engineers and supplier partners to generate sales growth, enhance gross profit and secure new designs.

Job Description
- Uses basic knowledge of product line cards matching product offerings/solutions to customer needs
- Engages at various levels in customer decision making chain (Purchasing, Engineering, Materials, Finance, Management)
- Develops basic customer business plans to meet annual sales and GP$ budgets for accounts including: business analysis,
competitive landscape, ROI measurement, challenges and obstacles - Coordinate quoting, booking and tracking business to other geographic regions, including North America and abroad
- Plans, coordinates and presents regular business review for key accounts with management team
- Prioritize customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of business-to-business sales experience
- Technical knowledge and experience in the Southern California geography is desired
- Electronics distribution experience preferred
- Proven record of sales growth and performance in competitive business environment
- Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Technical degree and/or certificates desired but not required
- Demonstrate ability to drive strong Supplier relationships
- Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Broad understanding of customer qualification and account development skills and process
- PC proficiency in the MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Warehouse Associate
In this position you will be responsible for increasing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and meeting company standards by accurately and safely receiving and storing materials, as well as picking, labeling, Inspecting, packing and shipping orders for pickup and delivery.

Job Description
- Pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickup
- Maintain the ability to determine the status of an order at any given time
- Follow any special instructions pertaining to an individual order
- Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving and storing functions as required
- Complete all documentation and requirements relating to inbound and outbound orders
- Receive shipments, log into inventory, maintain inventory through audits
- Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person
- Communicate positively with leads, supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers
- Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently
- Process returns accurately
- Follow all established policy and safety guidelines
- Attend meetings as required by management
- Assist in keeping facility secure
- Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
- Follow company policies and procedures including ISO and ESD
- Validate and comply with customers special instructions and if issues arise e/mail sales associates
- Recognizes and understands product numbers and alpha/numeric codes
- Understands inventory and warehousing processes and procedures
- Able to work independently with some direction
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred
- The Warehouse Associate must be able to read, count accurately, do basic math, and write legibly
- The ability to follow directions is extremely important
- Familiarity with materials handling and radio frequency equipment is beneficial
- Basic computer skills required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend twist, stoop, reach and climb
- Lift materials up to 75 lbs

Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist
In this position you will be responsible for purchasing, product flow, and inventory management in order to maximize customer and supplier satisfaction at the most efficient cost.
Location

Primary Responsibilities
- Purchase inventory for demand and stock for assigned product lines
- Manage supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of product from suppliers to customers
- Manage inventory in order to minimize aged/provisioning stock
- Obtain quotes and manage rebate process with assigned suppliers
- Act as point of contact for outside business partners
- Process returns to supplier, inventory write-downs, rebates, etc. in Oracle
- Set up new items and maintain item data integrity
- Diligently support Sales to drive revenue
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and adjust task prioritization to meet shifting needs
- Excellent analytical/process-oriented skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and client-focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, macros, etc.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle (preferred) or SAP

Regional Business Development Specialist – Memory & Embedded
This position will focus on Memory and Embedded segments and will be responsible for establishing key customers, developing a solid understanding of the customers’ end systems and market position. Understanding product desires, communicating the customers’ present and future design challenges, presenting business proposals as well as value proposition and system solutions for the responsible market segment. This role combines business development and selling professional services. The right person will enjoy working with diverse people, problem solving, and constant challenges.
